The Solution Strategy team is responsible for all portfolio decisions. This team operates within a network structure where there is a structured exchange of ideas and information and where representatives from the teams within the network meet on a regular basis, usually every fortnight.
The Solution Strategy team has the final say. There are six teams that support the solution team in its decisions. All these teams are professionals who have long-standing and relevant experience.
